  • Dear Albert..you are my Great Uncle,brother of a grandfather I never met. He too paid the price of freedom,but not until 1943,and after serving in two World Wars.Two sons,two brothers,who left to fight for us all. Thank you. We are humbled by the sacrifice of your life. You died at Paschendale on 17/10/1917. I hope to visit you one day in Brandhoek in Belgium. Arohanui,respect and love.
