    HILLS.— .On. the 4th November, 1918, Charles Francis Robert Golding Hills, aged 21 years and 10 months, killed in action - eldest son of Charles and Rose Frances Hills, "Awapuni," late of Manutuke, Big River.
    In Honor's Cause his life was passed,
    In Honor's Cause he died at last —
    And we know he did his Duty.

    Of the brave young lad who left us,
