  • Walter Hodgkinson was my great great uncle.His Father Reuben Hodgkinson was my Great Grand Father.He was killed in action in France and after his death was awarded the British War Medal and the Victory medal.His grandparents Germain and Mary came out from England on the Thomas Harrison in 1842 he was the first child of Reuben He inlisted at Trentham on the 12-10-1915.age 31yrs.Rest in Peace Walter.
