    MAN DROWNED IN CAR, OPENING OF INQUEST - An inquest concerning the death of Thomas Selwyn Miller, aged 36, accountant, of 5 Sylvan Avenue, Mount Eden, who was drowned when his motor-car plunged into the harbour from the embankment of the eastern reclamation late on Wednesday night or early on Thursday morning, was opened before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., coroner, yesterday. Evidence of identification was given by Haldane Gordon Miller, brother of deceased. He said his brother enjoyed good health and when last seen by witness he was in good spirits. The inquest was adjourned sine die.
