  • I saw a photo (the same picture on this website) of my Great Great Uncle Aubrey in the window of the Wairarapa Archives window today. It was the first photo that I have seen of Aubrey with his family & in his WW1 uniform. It was a nice surprise; I went into the Archives to have a chat about the Jackson family & to talk about Aubrey's life in the Wairarapa and to commemorate his life that sadly ended less than two months of WW1 ending.
