  • Obituary
Private Reginald Judd, formerly on the staff of the Union Bank in Gisborne, died of wounds received in action in France Private Judd left in January, 1917, and had already been wounded, invalided to England, and had rejoined before receiving the wound in the head which brought about his death. A sad coincidence was that the telegram containing the information was received by his relatives at the same time that the news of the armistice was being flashed through the town. Public - Lorraine Mona - Researcher - 22 May 2023 - GISBORNE TIMES, VOLUME XLIX, ISSUE 5035, 28 NOVEMBER 1918, PAGE 5
