  • Father died in Wanganui, New Zealand on September 5th 1986
Father was a member of the Mounted Rifle competition four horsemen Loyd Lindsay team if I remember correctly in Palestine. competing against other international teams. Other members of the team were Ab Shortt from Feilding, Lindsay Bull Hunterville and one other with a name like Birch or Birchly.
Would appreciate any confirmation of this team of horsemen who were members of the 6th Manawatu Mounted Rifles
