    • Personal Diary of John Smith whilst stationed in Apia. Public - Terry - 26 March 2015 - Part of a diary found on the street in Tokoroa about 1966. Period in diary covers May 19th 1917 to October 12th 1917. I believe this diary is his because he writes, "Tuesday 31st July, Made myself known to a Mr Gaiffen (sp?) who is a Napier boy, having worked for Bull & Co. a number of years ago. He has been here 18 years. Of course he does not know me still he showed me around his printing shop & I was very much surprised by the work he is turning out . . ."
