    Transferred to Anzac Divisional Train, 7 August 1917, and posted to No 5 Company, NZ Army Service Corps.
    Admitted to 2nd Light Horse Field Ambulance, 3 March 1918 (influenza); discharged to duty, 6 March 1918.
    Detached to Rest Camp, Port Said, 12 August 1918; transferred to 14th Australian General Hospital, Port Said, 23 August 1918; discharged to duty, 31 August 1918; posted to Training Regiment, Ismailia, 2 September 1918.
    Transferred to No 4 Company, ASC, 12 September 1918.
    Admitted to NZ Field Ambulance, 11 October 1918 (pyrexia, unknown origin); trnsferred to 71st General Hospital, 19 October 1918; to Aotea Convalescent Hospital, Heliopolis, 13 November 1918; discharged to duty, 29 November 1918.
