  • We never knew you, but remember you not just as a Returned Serviceman, but as a highly respected and loved step-father of our grandfather John. We have recently (last week) located your grave site in Opotiki and visited you there. We also visited Granny Huriata (Eileen) Apanui at Opape. Looking forward to learning more about you. Much love .... lest we forget.
