  • Dear Grandad many thoughts go your way at this time ,leading up to ANZAC day. Thank you so much for your contribution to WWI .I know you were gased but don`t know where .I will find out.I have also been "talking" to your brother Victor John who died at Gallipoli.I guess you know I`ve been to Gallipoli .It was, other than the loss of family, the most moving experience of my life.As I talk about it to you now tears stream down my face.You all gave up so.......much so we could have the wonderful life we have.Thank you thank you.Love Robin
