    Admitted to 7th General Hospital, St Omer, 15 November 1917 (German measles: mild); discharged to NZ Base Depot, Etaples, 26 November 1917.
    Admitted to 24th General Hospital, Etaples, 7 December 1917 (laryngitis); transferred to No 1 Convalescent Depot, Etaples,1 January 1918; to No 6 Convalescent Depot and thence to No 5 Convalescent Depot, 4 January 1918; discharged to NZ Base Depot, Etaples, 16 January 1918.
