  • John William Blair born in 1884 married to Irene Olive Grace Nee (Joyce) my name sake. I am your Grand daughter and the daughter of your youngest son Rowan Blair who sadly passed away in 1998. I have only one photo of you and Grand mother, I look at it often and wonder how things would have been had I known you both in person. All your sons have passed away now and I can only smile at the thought that you may all be back together once again. Thank you for your services in WW1 Grand dad I am forever grateful you made it home safely, thank you for my Dad and my family. xox
