    Admitted to 3rd NZ General Hospital, Codford, 11 December 1917; transferred to NZ Convalescent Hospital, Hornchurch, 9 January 1918.
    Discharged on furlough, 23 February 1918, to report to NZ Command Depot, Codford, 2 March 1918.
    Admitted to 3rd NZ General Hospital, Codford, 7 May 1918 (synovitis); discharged to Discharge Depot, Torquay, 6 November 1918.
