    Admitted to No 3 NZ Field Ambulance, 9 April 1918 (inflammation of stomach); discharged to duty, 13 April 1918.
    Admitted to No 2 NZ Field Ambulance, 17 July 1918 (myalgia); rejoined Bn, in the field, 25 July 1918.
    Attached to NZ Rifle Brigade Headquarters, 26 July 1918.
    Commenced return to New Zealand from London on board SS 'Tahiti'; discharged (termination of period of engagement), 1 August 1919.
