  • Always think of u and Grandma and the wonderful times at Ohau Beach.
Special memories forever in my heart of watching u mend the fishing nets playing the Harmonica and listening to Jim Reeves. You and Grandma have given me amazing childhood memories that I share with my own Chlidren Stacey William and Jamie

  • Thanks again for your sacrifice on our behalf. Grandad suffered injuries from gas during the war in Europe and this affected his ability to work. He did eventually get a war pension. He spent his time catching fish and gardening to help provide a living for himself and his family. I know they faced hardship when my Dad and his sister were growing up. His son Hector(my Father) went on to serve in the Air Force during W11., training in Canada and then service in the Pacific..Guadacanal and other locations on the Catalina flying boats. He operated radio and radar.
