I have always heard the story where yourself, (Airforce), my Dad (Army) and another cousin (Navy) all from Cambridge-Matangi joined the services to fight for your country. you were all so young, my dad was or was not yet 18, he had to go to North Head for some time first before allowed to go overseas to fight.
i have always heard when you went missing, presumed killed Great Aunt Eliza-Jane's heart was broken. I have three wondeful sons I can empathise as to how she must have felt.
