Laying a Poppy and remembering Ordinary Seaman Ian Grant prior to the unveiling of a Memorial Information Board at his gravesite in Dunedin Northern Cemetery by family members, relatives, the local naval cadet units, RSA, Naval VR, Otago Military Historic Group, and friends on Saturday 13th August 2022.
