On the inside cover of his diary the following numbers are listed L.G no 22426 Rifle no 4045 and revolver no 138374. In this diary there is hand written diagrams of battlefield layouts from the first World War. Mr Bakewell also had a scrap book with poems and newspaper cuttings from over seas and from news papers in New Zealand. There is four family photo's and sadly we cannot read the names on the back of the photos.
