Henry Daniel Blane Affleck ( Harry ) is the Brother of my Grandmother on my Mothers side. He has a Nephew who served in WWII and who is still alive and is in his nineties living in a country town in the South Island New Zealand I visited this Gentleman not long ago and hope to see him again soon. I am sitting here with the studio photo taken of Harry. This was left to my Mother and she left this to me when she died. A memorial gravestone was placed on his uncles grave at Hororata cemetery and his name is included on the memorials gate posts there as well.
