Matthew Hilton Moyle was my Great Uncle, and I am pleased to have found this online information about him in this ANZAC Centenary year 2015. Matthew was born in Christchurch, New Zealand, on 22/05/1894. His parents: Mother - Rosina Moyle (nee Smith) born in Ballarat, Australia, and his father was William Henry Moyle, born in Enfield, Victoria, Australia. Matthew Hilton Moyle died in Melbourne, Australia, on 17/06/1931, aged 37 years. Matthew is buried at Springvale Botanical Cemetery, Princes Highway, Springvale VIC 3171, (Location: Joshua Jordan Lawn - Lawn Grave Row E Grave 20).
