Describe the image: This building was opened on 19 December 1922 to remember the 23 from 77 that were killed in WW1. It also has a role of honour for WW2 and a plaque remembering Edward Monstedt which was displayed in the Albany School building (where he was a pupil) until 1948 when it came into the library.
