Further notes from the back of the original photo: BDO Morrison learned his instrument out here. BDO Booth could read music but learned the clarinet after being in the AMR. BDO Dunn is all round instrumentalist, BDO Kay played a clarinet in NZ, BDO Drake played in the 3rd AMR in Auckland, BDO Sheppard did likewise, BDO Mann is a cellat of some fame. Out here after being in the Machine and up to Berrsheba. BDO Bruton joined after the Berrsheba to Jaffa push. He played in the Glays Riot Band, Dunedin
