Describe the image: Great Uncle Joe was nicknamed 'Beetle'. At one stage the family got a message from his brother (also in service) to say that 'our pet beetle has run away' - meaning Joe had escaped the PoW camp. One way to beat the censors! Unfortunately he was recaptured and ultimately died in custody.
