bowl
Wooden food bowl used for preparation and eating and possibly used as a form of musical instrument (refer to Arts of Vanuatu by Kirk Huffman, pg. 226). Elongated trough with a flat base and two protruding handles at the two ends of the length of the bowl - one handle is perforated and the other is a trapezoid shape. At the two ends where the handles are located are distinct but old evidence of the wood being eaten away by insects. Inside of the bowl is dull and rough in texture with wood grain quite obvious. The underside of the bowl contains 2x old circular stickers and white markings.
