i Voce Ukuuku. A wood-carved model canoe paddle with a long cylindirical shaft and wide recangular blade. The i voce ukuuku is broken at the grip end. It is red-brown in colour and has a glossy patina. Likely a steering oar; used for waqa ukuuku (model canoes) 32856.1 and 32856.2.
