Te taubare
human history
Te taubare. A broom for clearing the dust. The taubare consists of multiple noko (coconut midrib) with te kora (coconut sennit fibre) lashed around their base and forming a loop handle. The noko are long and straight, stiff enough to adequately perform domestic sweeping around the home. The taubare is natural in colour and lightweight.
