- N. P. (Bill) Hunt (Stalag VIII B)
Letter: 1/3/1942
Received 4 of your letters so far. I have 2 very good friends in this party, Mum - I. McCullum from Tariki factory and Bill Gates from Hawera. I also saw Jack Tereki from Waitara a long while ago. Working in snow is not so bad. We are being treated very well, better than I ever though we would be.

E hangaia tonutia ana te Maumaharatanga Tuihono; tāpirihia ai ngā whakahoutanga me ngā pūkete i ia wiki. I ētahi wā, kāore anō kia whakaūhia ngā pūkete e ngā kaimahi o Te Whare Taonga, tēnā pea he hapa kei roto i ngā kōrero.
