Paku Warakihi has received! the sad news of the death of Private Poihipi Warakihi, who was killed in action on August 21. Private Poihipi, as he was generally known, enlisted at Gisborne with the first. Maori contingent. He resided at Ormond, and was 24 years of age. He was an all round athlete, and was particularly prominent on the football field. He was educated. at Te Aute.
