Another brave young spirit, well known in Wellington, has given hie life for the Empire. Lieut. Abraham Hall (formerly Private Secretary to the Minister of Customs), whose name appeared in Saturday's list as killed in action in Palestine, was one of the most promising young fellows' in the Government service. He enlisted with the Main Body, went right through the Gallipoli campaign from the landing to the evacuation, and has ever since served in Egypt and Palestine, never once receiving a scratch until' his death, which is .reported as occurring on Easter -Monday
