Story or flower cloth (Farming Story). Blue cloth with green, white blue reverse appliqué border. Central panel is embroidered all over with crops such as rice, maize, tobacco, and opium poppies. Hunting birds and wild boar with crossbows and rifles, using a wooden rice threshing machine (qhov cos) and winnowing basket. Domestic animals such as water buffaloes, chickens, pigs. Two couples in the centre engage in ‘pov pob’ or ball toss, a courting ceremony held at Hmong New Year.
