Hei Upo’o. Headdress, fragment. Consisting of a small piece of woven material, made from golden brown coloured strips of natural plant fibre, possibly of the arrowroot plant, woven out in a 2/2 twill weave. At both ends of the woven area are loose strands. Wide strands are at one end and thin, narrow strips are at the opposite end. Fragile condition.
