Ike. Bark cloth beater. Used for pounding and producing sheets of masi (bark cloth). Carved from solid kau (wood). Long and square in cross section with a tapered handle. Four-sided, with all four sides with grooves spaced approximately 4mm to 5mm apart. One to two lines and four chevrons are incised near top of handle. Dark brown in colour.
