Kali. Headrest. Carved from kau (wood), consisting of a long rectangular flared bar, pentagonal in cross section, atop a circular support with a rectangular base. All from one block of kau. Dark reddish brown colour. Surface is highly polished. Two corners of the rectangular base are chipped. Evidence of insect borer small holes seen on the top surface of the rest.
