Ulu Cavu. Wig of human hair. The ulu cavu consists of drau ni ulu (human hair) that is tightly bunched and secured onto a central supportive frame made of thick cord of magimagi (coconut sennit) and wrapped with further fine plant fibre. The drau ni ulu is black in colour and thick in texture, and gathered into large tufts that are shorter around the crown and top area and longer in length towards the nape.
