Toki. Adze. Multipurpose tool used for carving wood and other materials. Carved from toka (stone). Light grey in colour. Triangular cross-section. Sharp cutting edge. Bevel surface curves into cutting edge, concave towards upper part of the blade. Front of blade is flat and highly polished. Raised shoulder, reduced to butt. Butt is roughly polished, terminates in a roughly polished poll. Overall surface treatment is polished with areas of higher polish.
