Kali. Headrest. Carved from kau (wood), consisting of a rest that is long, straight, and cylindrical in shape and round in section. Lashed with magimagi (coconut sennit) to the underside of the rest are two supports, each are a horse shoe shape sitting on round feet at the base. The matte surface of the kali has multiple fine scratches. The kali is a white-ish brown colour. Fairly heavy.
