Adze fragment. Toki. Carved from toka (stone). Completed adze would have been triangular cross-section. Piece of adze is only the blade cross-section; no cutting edge, no butt or poll. Has bevel surface with apex intact. Polished overall surface treatment (disregarding broken top and bottom ends).
