Adze fragment. Toki. Multipurpose tool used for carving wood and other materials. Carved from toka (stone). Grey in colour. Triangular cross-section. Broken off at butt and before cutting edge. Some areas polished. Evidence of flaking still visible especially at the bevel apex. Slightly raised shoulder reduced to butt.
