Te pa

Te pa. Pearl shell trolling lure. The main shank of this pa is made from tifa fulu lupe (light coloured pearl shell) cut to include part of the hinge. The maga (hook point) is made from bone, which is slightly loose. The components are lashed securely together with kolokolo (2-ply coconut sennit) of light brown colour.
