Te Bure. A pair of egg cowrie shells. This pair of bure are each perforated with a short cord of te kora (coconut sennit) threaded through to attach them together. Both of these bure are white in colour with a matte surface. The interior of the shells are orange in colour. There is an additional small circular hole in the surface of one shell.
