Sei. Feather tufts. This sei is made of three tufts of bird feathers individually fastened with thread. The bird feathers are red with black streaks, from Manu'a, Samoa. It is part of a tuiga and would be attached above the lauao (bundle of modified human hair). This sei is a component of the complete tuiga called Tuiga Fafau A le Afioga ia Taia'opo Lorrina Melanie Seiuli Lee-Pou Tolu.
