Coconut leaf platter/food basket - a quarter section of the te longi type. Horizontal twilled twos, changing to band of horizontal twilled threes, then changes back to vertical bands of twilled twos. Handles appear to have some bark firbe material incorporated at the edge and finishing at the tied off handle.
