Reru. Pounder. Used for pounding food or ingredients for producing dyes. Carved from a single piece of stalactite. Overall shape is conical/octagonal. Pounding surface at base is flat. Reduction from base to form 8-sided cylindrical grip. Top of the pounder ends in a flat transverse bar. Polished, smooth surface. Light brown colour.
