Pulou. Ladies' hat. Made of fine fenū (young coconut fibre). Kafa (sennit) can be identified around the crown area and is braided. There is openwork weaving with a commencement from the centre of the crown. The fibre is natural in colour. The pulou has a flat brim, which is circular.
