A circular fan decorated with green and orange hibiscus fibre along the edges with a distinct thin single strand of black dyed pandanus fibre running below. The remaining body of the fan is completely decorated with red, green, white and blue raffia in the shape of a green star with a red back ground. The middle of the star is comprised of concentric circles starting with green in the centre followed by circular bands of red, white, blue and white. The circular structure of the fan is made of coconut midribs. The handle is square shaped with a woven exterior made from pandanus.
