  • Description

    Ke'a tuki. Stone pounder. This ke'a tuki (pounder) has been worked and smoothed from volcanic stone. It has a circular base, with a significant loss of stone visible. The shaft of the ke'a tuki is round in section and flares out towards the base. The ke'a tuki is topped with a collared knob as a grip. The ke'a tuki is grey in colour. A faded red sticker is adhered to the surface.
