Two legends of Aotearoa hip hop, @che_fu & @djsirvere visited Volume today. It was a special moment seeing Che hear his own songs in the exhibition for the first time, and then seeing this musician whose music I've loved since I was young perform live. Had a blast at the Volume Exhibition. I revisited some kiwi classics and filled a few gaps in my NZ Music knowledge. LOVED the interactive stuff. Tried to get in before the kids! When you arrive, you're given an "All Access Pass". You can use it to collect photos, playlists and videos. Such a fantastic idea! The exhibition closes this week so I had to stop by. It fits in nicely with my NZ Music Month posts too. So far I've posted about songs I grew up with. I also talked about some of the latest NZ tracks. Today's post is dedicated to a song that I discovered today. Love by Louis Baker. Absolutely beautiful. This guy is super talented and I teared up a little bit listening to this song.
