LATE 2014: The Age of '#Slacktivism'

Political protest and general social unrest seem to have moved almost exclusively online in the 21st century. Is this enough? Are politically-flavoured tweets a sign of our lack of engagement or the new face of political and social activism?
Chaired by journalist and media commentator Russell Brown, your expert panel for the evening features Matthew Hooton (public affairs strategist and political commentator), Nicky Hager (author and investigative journalist), Laura O’Connell Rapira (Co-Founder and Campaign Director of RockEnrol), and Marianne Elliott (National Director for ActionStation).
