Tobacco cutter.
Hinged blade with handle on proper left of machine. Attached to rod at back of machine which activates a rotating cutter on the proper left of the machine. Metal plate at top of machine which is held in place at front of machine. The cutter is screwed to a rectangular wooden base. Oval metal plate at the back of the machine with an inscription: LITTLE CHAMPION / PATENTED
